I cannot say enough good things about Rebeca! She is so insanely talented and always leveling up her craft. She recently brought in a new Russian manicure machine, and I got my first ever Russian mani with it today. I am completely in love! The level of detail and perfection in her cuticle cleanup is mind blowing, and my nails look like a total work of art.
